This is My Dog, Fractal

This is My Dog, Fractal

There’s an important story that is being presented to us wherever we place our hands on our dog during PetMassage. Each touch is a snapshot of the dog’s life in the moment we are sharing it.

Each Touch

Each touch on the crease of the palm or whirl of the fingertip, reveals a hologram of the totality of the dogs quality of life.

Fractal patterns

Each point on a dog’s body is a derivative of fractal patterns. They are created by repeating a simple process over and over in an ongoing feedback loop.

What’s a fractal? Or, Is Any Way a Fractal, What?

A fractal is a never-ending pattern. Fractals are infinitely complex patterns that are self-similar across different scales. Driven by recursion, fractals are images of dynamic systems – the pictures of Chaos. Geometrically, they exist in between our familiar dimensions. Fractal patterns are extremely familiar, since nature is full of fractals.(Ref:

There are visibly apparent repetitive patterns in trees, rivers, coastlines, mountains, clouds, and seashells. We can see fractal repetitive patterns in our dogs bodies and behaviors! You know, all the things that PetMassage affects.

The implications and applications for this way of viewing the dog’s body-mind are well aligned with quantum biomechanics and the positional release, PetMassage myofascial work.
